Roller Blinds

A popular and versatile blind available in a wide range of fabrics, colours and textures which can be provided with just a straight bottom or several types of shape, some with cafe rods, together with numerous other decorative attachments, and all can have a choice of decorative, contrasting braids.

These blinds can be fitted in almost any position, ie: conservatories, windows and doors etc. and with some fabrics being suitable for damp conditions, these being ideal for kitchens and bathrooms and even swimming pool and jacuzzi buildings.

All blinds have self winding mechanisms for greater control, although spring loaded blinds are still available, we advise against these on grounds of future spring problems and lack of positioning control.

Some of the fabrics are blackout, ideally suited as secondary shading in young childrens bedrooms, especially useful for summer mornings or night time to shut out external lighting. We usually fit these on the external face of the window opening, giving approx. 3" (75mm) overlap, this prevents gaps around the blind in the recess, and light penetration into the room.

These can be used in numerous other applications in the domestic and commercial sectors where a Blackout blind is necessary. They can be supplied in a frame giving total blackout control at extra cost.

Natural Impressions

This is a new type of roller blind made from wood pulp, jute and paper as an attractive alternative to normal fabrics.

These are supplied with natural wood or aluminium bottom bars and side winder chain, and come in a variety of colours in over 30 styles giving a very ethnic feel to any room.

This type of blind is now available in Roller guise, and gives a wider variation of blind types available for pvc windows, as well as able to be fitted to timber skylights, making a neater finish in tight situations, and greater light reduction with blackout fabrics.
