Repair Service

Repairs to blinds fitted by Sunshine blinds that are due to defective fitting or materials within the guarantee period are free of charge.

Repairs required due to improper use will incure costs as below.

A repair service is available for most types of blind not fitted by us, in the Nottingham / Derby areas, unfortunately, repairs in other areas are not available due to cost of travel and time required.

Costs

Standard call out charge £70.00

Single on site repair to track, headrails, blinds etc, max 1 hour: £25.00 plus any parts required, £10 any extra blind.

Single off site repair to track, headrails etc, £40.00 plus any parts required.

Any times over and above 1hr will be charged at £5.00 per hour or part thereof.

Additional call out charges may apply to customers who fall out of our Nottingham catchment area. 

All above prices are exclusive of VAT and necessary takedown and fixing.
