All Sunshine Blinds products are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at info@sunshine-blinds.co.uk.

We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. All we ask is that it arrives in original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier.

Please email us at info@sunshine-blinds.co.uk before returning any item, alternatively call our customer service team on 07818 434 954. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.

Your opinions of our products and the overall shopping experience at Sunshine Blinds are of paramount importance, any complaints are dealt with at the highest level.
